Our online ticketing site offers a host of features. Check out “My Account” at tickets@chemainustheatre to do the following:

• View your tickets for upcoming performances. This is handy if you have forgotten the date or seats that you have booked. Simply login and select “Tickets for Upcoming Performances.”
• View past purchases made online. This is helpful if you want to see what seats you booked before. Login and select “Past Shopping Carts.”
• Change your contact information. Login and click on “Account” to make changes.
• Trouble logging in? These are the most common issues:
  • We already have your email address on file from a previous purchase. Click “Rest My Password” to receive an email link to create a new password.
  • Not receiving the password reset email? We recommend that you add tickets@chemainustheatre.ca to your email contacts and then try again. Remember to check your Spam folder.
