Getting Around the Theatre

An elevator is available to access the upper level of the theatre and the Playbill Dining Room.

Seating & Mobility

Designated accessible seating is available for those using wheelchairs, walkers, or attending with a service dog. To ensure we can best accommodate you, we recommend booking these seats by calling the Box Office.

Hearing Support

Assistive Listening Devices

A limited number of hearing assistance headsets are available for sign‑out at Coat Check before the performance.

Hearing Loop System

The theatre is equipped with an Auris Hearing Loop system that works with most modern hearing aids. Please check with your hearing specialist to confirm compatibility.

Service Dogs

Fully certified service dogs are welcome in the theatre. We ask that guests contact the Box Office in advance so appropriate seating can be arranged. Service dog seating is usually in accessible areas. In rare cases, seating adjustments may be necessary due to allergies affecting performers or other guests. One service dog per guest is permitted.

Access 2 Card

We proudly participate in the Easter Seals Access 2 Card program, allowing guests with disabilities to attend with a support person at no additional cost.

Relaxed Performances

On select dates, we offer Relaxed Performances, sponsored by our Access Sponsor, BMO. These performances feature a more casual, flexible environment, including:

  • House lights partially on
  • Reduced sudden sounds or effects
  • Freedom for audience members to move about or make noise
  • Relaxed Performances are ideal for families with young children, and for guests with sensory or neurological differences
  • All Relaxed Performances are Pay‑What‑You‑Can and available by calling the Box Office.
