What is my Chemainus Theatre Online Account? Do I need one?
You need an online account to purchase tickets to Chemainus Theatre events. Your account also allows you to:
- Access your account credits and gift certificate balances
- Print your tickets for future shows
- Access your order history
- Update your contact information and email preferences
Do I already have an account?
If you have previously purchased tickets to the Chemainus Theatre and provided us with your email address, then you already have an online account.
To login for the first time, click the Reset My Password button on the login page to add a password to your account.
If this is your first time purchasing tickets from us, select New Patron on the login page to create a new account.
I have a credit on my account from a cancelled show. Can I use it to purchase tickets?
Yes! You can access your account credit by logging into your online account. Click My Account Credits / Gift Certificates on the homepage to view and apply your credits.
You can also apply them directly from your shopping cart when you are ready to check-out, by clicking Redeem My Credits / Gift Certificates.
