Yes! You can access your credit by logging into your online account. Once you are in your shopping cart and ready to check-out, click Redeem my Credits/Gift Certificates.

If you have previously purchased tickets to the Chemainus Theatre and provided us with your email address, then you already have an online account.

To login for the first time, click the Reset My Password button on the login page to add a password to your account.

You need an online account to view online streaming performances. Your account also allows you to:

• Access your account credits and gift certificate balances
• Print your tickets for future shows
• Access your shopping cart history

The stream will be available to you on demand for a 24 hour period after the start of the show. You can log in to your account and view it anytime within that watch window.

1.  LOGIN to your Chemainus Theatre Online Account.
2.  Click the Watch Live Stream button under My Patron Services.
3.  Click the red WATCH button.

3. Login to your account and enjoy the show!

Unfortunately, no. All Chemainus Theatre tickets are non-refundable, including streaming tickets. You will have 24 hours to watch the show online.
