In our ongoing efforts to learn more and strengthen our relationships with members of our local community, and to work towards dismantling the harmful effects of white supremacy and colonization, Chemainus Theatre Festival stands with the practice of Territory or Land Acknowledgment as a step towards continued reconciliation and recognition of our colonial past.
