If you believe Chemainus Theatre has your email address on file, click “Reset My Password” and you will be emailed a link with instructions to reset your password. If this is your first time purchasing tickets from the Chemainus Theatre, click “New Patron” to set up an account.

Please add boxoffice@chemainustheatre.ca to your email contacts to ensure you receive our emails.

Click on the Shopping Cart button at the top of the screen. This will take you to a listing of all the tickets you have selected in your current session. Simply click on the check box to the right of the tickets and click the “Remove from Shopping Cart” button to release any unwanted tickets.

Please check your spam or trash folder. If you still are unable to locate it, please add boxoffice@chemainustheatre.ca to your email contacts and try again.
