Lost Tickets

Late Arrival

Performances begin promptly as scheduled. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the performance, or if you are booked in the Playbill Dining Room, a few minutes before the start of your seating time.

Latecomers and any person leaving the theatre during the performance will be seated at a suitable break in the performance. At the discretion of staff, you may be required to sit in the latecomer seats until the next break.  If the latecomer seats are occupied, you may be required to wait in the lobby until intermission.

Service Dogs

Certified service dogs are welcome in the theatre. Please call the Box Office to book so that this can be noted in your order and to ensure appropriate seating. Individuals with service dogs are generally seated in accessible areas of the theatre. Relocation may be needed in the event of allergic reactions from actors or other patrons. Only one service dog per customer is permitted in the theatre.
