We’re thrilled to announce that we’re upgrading our ticketing experience! We are transitioning to Spektrix, a leading worldwide box office and theatre ticketing software. This new system will replace our current software, bringing you a smoother, more user-friendly experience when booking tickets with us.
Account & Passwords: Your existing accounts will be transferred! Just log in with your current email and set a new password or use Spektrix’s password-free login options.
Security: Your personal information remains safe and secure with Spektrix, which adheres to the latest information security standards.
Gift Certificates: No worries, all your gift certificates are still valid and have been moved to our new system.
Ease of Use: Enjoy a more intuitive and streamlined ticket-purchasing process, with new features like downloading tickets at home and communicating accessibility needs directly.

Q: What Is Specktrix?
Spektrix is a market-leading platform in box office software and online ticketing solutions and will allow you to choose their own seats, opt for Best Available, update your contact preferences, and pay securely.
Q: What changes can I expect to see?
You can enjoy features like downloading and printing tickets at home, directly communicating accessibility needs to our Box Office, specifying your contact preferences, and much more.
Q: What about my account and password?
Your existing accounts will be transferred. To log in, use your current email and set a new password, or use the new password-free login options.
Q: What will happen to my gift certificates?
All gift certificates will still be valid and moved to our new system.
Q: When does the new system go live?
The new ticketing system will be live Janary 22, 2025.
