Our online ticketing site offers a host of useful features. LOGIN to do the following:

View your tickets for upcoming performances.

This is handy if you have forgotten the date or seats that you have booked. Simply login and select “Tickets for Upcoming Performances.”

View past purchases made online.

This is helpful if you want to see what seats you booked before. Login and select “Past Shopping Carts.”

Change your contact information.

Login and click on “My Account” to make changes.

Having trouble logging in?

These are the most common issues:

• We already have your email address on file from a previous purchase. Click “Reset My Password” to receive an email link to create a new password.
• Not receiving the password reset email? We recommend that you add tickets@chemainustheatre.ca to your email contacts and then try again.
