Policies

§ Group rates apply to 10 or more adults - all prices are per person and in CND funds.

§ Price includes $2 Capital Improvement Fee, 5% GST

§ 15% gratuity per person is added if dining in the Playbill Dining Room.

§ Prices listed above are starting prices and subject to change.

Payment

§ DEPOSIT: A 10% deposit is required at time of booking with a minimum deposit of $50 for groups of 20 tickets or less, or a minimum of $75 for a group of over 20 tickets.

§ PAYMENT: For a group booking of 10 to 29 tickets, final payment and group numbers are due 2 weeks prior to the performance date. For a group booking of 30 or more tickets, the final payment and numbers are due 3 weeks prior to performance date.

§ REFUNDS: A full refund of the deposit is available if cancellation is received 30 days prior to the performance date. An administration fee of $50 (groups under 20) or $75 (groups 20+) will be charged if cancellation is received after the 30 day deadline. The deposit becomes non-refundable if full payment is not received by the final payment date.
